Refund and Return Policy

If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not possible after that.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to the warehouses unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@spreegoods.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without having first requested a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
